Drain the cooked rice in a colander and rinse it thoroughly again under cold running water. This is necessary in order to completely remove remaining starch and stop the process of heat treatment of rice. As a result, the rice will turn out crumbly.

    If you have frozen peas, remove them from the freezer in advance so that they have time to defrost a little before cooking.

    Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. You should not put them through a press, as the garlic will simply burn during further frying.

    Wash chicken eggs with soap and warm water. Dry with napkins. Beat the eggs into a separate bowl. Salt and add ground black pepper to taste.

    Heat a high-sided frying pan over high heat. Pour in the entire amount of sunflower oil and heat it. Place garlic in the pan. Fry it until golden brown.

    As soon as the egg pieces acquire a golden crust, add green peas to them. Simmer the mixture until the peas soften, while reducing the heat.

    Once the peas have softened enough, add the boiled rice and soy sauce to the pan. Stir gently to avoid damaging the grains and heat the dish. Taste the rice and add salt and pepper if necessary. Serve hot. Bon appetit!

I made Chinese rice with eggs. I usually like to cook short-grain rice, but in this recipe I used long-grain rice. I used frozen vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) for the rice. I followed the recipe, everything was described in detail. I didn’t add soy sauce; I wanted the rice to be pure white. And without soy sauce, by the way, it was very tasty!
