Good day everyone! Today for dinner we cooked rice with chicken breast and vegetables in the oven. I loved the very colorful look of the finished dish. And, honestly, this is the first experience of cooking rice in the oven. My bell peppers are freshly frozen, and the green beans, previously blanched, were frozen this year for the first time. Thanks to the convenient calculator on the website, I increased the number of servings to 8. I prepared everything in accordance with the author’s recommendations. I didn't add onion because... there are comrades who don’t like him... Apparently due to the fact that I increased the amount of ingredients, I should have fried the breast in two steps; it turned out more stewed than fried. Next time I'll keep it in mind...I used a cast iron frying pan for baking. Cover with foil on top. Rice with breast was baked in the oven for 50 minutes. After this time, I turned off the heat and left it in the oven for another 20 minutes. It turned out very beautiful! The rice is really fluffy and a great combination with vegetables and breast meat. By the way, the proportions are perfect! Thanks to the author for the new impressions!
