Today I cooked fried rice in a frying pan as a side dish. I took regular short grain rice. Added dried bell pepper, lightly crushed in a mortar. I liked the fact that this dish is prepared quickly and turns out delicious. I'll take note of it!

Cooked in a heavy-bottomed cast aluminum pan. I added twice as much turmeric. It turned out very tasty and fast. Great recipe!!!
