Red Sea salad with tomatoes and squid
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make Red Sea salad with tomatoes and squid? Prepare your ingredients. We will need: fresh or frozen squid, tomatoes (I used cherry tomatoes)
STEP 2
If the squids are frozen, defrost them first. If the carcasses are unpeeled, rinse them thoroughly and remove the skin and films, remove the chord. Boil the squids one at a time in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then they will retain their shape. Don't cook any longer!!! Otherwise, the squid will become tough as rubber and completely tasteless.
STEP 3
Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry and cut into quarters.
STEP 4
Cool the finished squids and cut into strips.
STEP 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 6
Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
STEP 7
Combine squid, tomatoes and cheese in a salad bowl. Add garlic and mayonnaise passed through a press.
STEP 8
Mix everything thoroughly. If desired, you can add salt and pepper to the salad.
STEP 9
Bon appetit!
