I made the red sea salad with tomatoes and squid for the first time. I usually make it with crab sticks. I had frozen squids. Boil them in boiling salted water for 1.5 minutes. Then I cooled it and took out the insides. The carcasses were cut into strips. The squid turned out soft and tender, as it should be). The tomatoes were dense and can be easily cut into thin slices. My cheese is in the form of suluguni, it is tasty and slightly salty. Everything goes together perfectly! Dressed the salad with thick sour cream and a clove of garlic. Fragrant, spicy and very tasty!

This is really a very simple and quick salad. Despite the ease of preparation, it turns out very tasty. squid can be safely replaced with crab sticks or meat. This will not make the taste worse. The tomatoes must be ripe and firm, otherwise they will produce a lot of juice. Any cheese, only hard. Light mayonnaise for dressing is suitable for those who do not like fatty ones.
