Ramen soup with pork
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to cook ramen soup with pork at home? Prepare the products according to the list. Instead of pork, you can use chicken or beef. Adjust the amount of ginger, pepper, salt and soy sauce to your taste, taking into account that the soup turns out to be quite spicy and salty.
STEP 2

Rinse the pork, dry it, rub with salt and pepper, then fry in olive oil on all sides over high heat.

Wash, peel and cut all vegetables and green onions into medium pieces.
STEP 4

Fry everything in olive oil in a heatproof pan.
STEP 5

Pour the broth into the pan, add soy sauce, rice wine, salt and throw in one whole chili pepper. Bring the broth to a boil, then place the fried pork in the pan, cover with a lid and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for two hours.
STEP 6

While the soup is simmering in the oven, prepare the ingredients for serving. It’s better to take wheat noodles, hard-boil the egg first, and you can use black or white sesame seeds.
STEP 7

Wash carrots, peppers and onions and dry. Chop the chili pepper and green onion with a knife, and grate the carrots using a Korean carrot grater.

In a frying pan with oil, lightly fry the carrots first, and then add the green onions.
STEP 9

Boil the noodles in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
STEP 10

Drain the noodles using a colander.
STEP 11

Remove the pot of soup from the oven, remove the meat, remove excess fat and cut into pieces. Strain the broth and remove the vegetables.
STEP 12

Prepare a dish for serving, place noodles with meat in a bowl, pour in broth, top with half an egg and fried carrots and onions, sprinkle with sesame seeds and a mixture of peppers, add a little fresh chili pepper if desired. Serve the classic ramen soup hot, bon appetit!
