My children really love cottage cheese baked goods - cookies, muffins, cheesecakes. Therefore, the recipe for quick curd cookies came in very handy for evening tea. The cookie dough was sticky, but it was easy to work with without wetting your hands with water or dusting the work surface with flour (especially after it had set in the refrigerator). During the baking process, I had a small incident - my husband accidentally turned off the stove along with the oven, and I noticed this only when the temperature had already dropped by 40 degrees. I had to reheat the oven. Because of such a temperature difference, my cookies did not rise properly and the structure turned out not porous and loose, but layered. Unexpectedly, it turned out that it was very tasty))) The children were delighted, no one even realized that something had gone wrong))) And I really liked the cookies even in this form. I will definitely use this recipe again. As I understand it, it turns out well at any baking temperature, the only difference is in its structure, the taste and aroma are great!
