I was interested in the slow cooker pumpkin pie recipe. It is simple, straightforward and easy to prepare. I crushed the pumpkin pieces in a blender to form small grains. Mixed them with eggs. Then I added the dry mixture of ingredients in portions and mixed with a spoon. I ran out of sugar, so I replaced the remaining 100 g with powder. The dough turned out to be medium thick, like sour cream, only with small pieces of pumpkin. I greased the multicooker bowl with butter and sprinkled it with fresh homemade breadcrumbs. They created an interesting crispy crust in the finished pie and also helped the baked goods rise up the sides of the bowl and not stick. I baked the pie for 60 minutes using the “baking” setting. We loved this pie! It is very soft and tender, juicy, porous! Pumpkin smells nice. And what’s important is that the pie rose perfectly!
