Cut the pumpkin into strips.
STEP 3
Cut the pepper in cubes, I took half red and yellow peppers. We cut the onion thinly.
STEP 4
Combine the vegetables, add chopped herbs (I used parsley), salt to taste. Add a little vegetable oil and stir.
STEP 5
Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and place in a greased form.
STEP 6
Place the vegetable mixture on the potatoes and pour in the beaten egg with milk.
STEP 7
Cover the top of the pan with foil and bake at 200 degrees. about 40 minutes.
STEP 8
Then remove the foil, sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and put it in the oven for another 2 minutes so that the cheese melts.
