Prepare all necessary products.
STEP 2
We clean the pumpkin and grate it on a coarse grater. Pay attention to the juiciness of your pumpkin and apples, if they are very juicy and have a lot of liquid, be sure to squeeze them out.
STEP 3
Wash the apples, remove peels and seeds, and grate them on a coarse grater.
STEP 4
Beat eggs with sugar until completely dissolved. Add soft butter and stir well.
STEP 5
Add flour and baking powder little by little and mix.
STEP 6
Add squeezed pumpkin and apples to the dough and mix well.
STEP 7
Add vanillin and orange zest. You can add other spices to suit your taste: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger...
STEP 8
Mix everything well.
STEP 9
Grease the mold with oil.
STEP 10
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs; they will prevent the dough from burning and form a delicious crispy crust.
STEP 11
Pour out the dough and smooth it out. Place in a preheated room at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Depending on the dough and type of oven, the cooking time may be shorter or longer. After 45 minutes, check for doneness with a wooden stick.
STEP 12
Here is our finished pie. Let it cool slightly, covering with a napkin.

Place on a plate and decorate with powdered sugar. We invite everyone to tea!
