I love puff pastry for its excellent taste and ease of use. At any time, you can take it out of the freezer, defrost it and start cooking. I decided to make pies from puff pastry with meat in the oven. To prepare the filling for the pies, I used ground turkey. I added onions, fresh parsley, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Puff pastry, previously defrosted at room temperature. I didn't defrost it for long, because... it is more convenient to work with him. Cut each layer of dough in half. I placed the minced meat on the dough without reaching the edges. The dough was carefully pinched to form a tube shape. To better seal the dough, I used chicken protein. Lightly beat the remaining chicken yolk and apply to the pies. The pies were placed in the oven and baked until done. The pies made from puff pastry dough turned out airy and rosy.
