Preparation Rassolnik from fresh cucumbers with pearl barley

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Boil the pearl barley until tender in any way convenient for you (you need 500 g of boiled cereal). Chop onions, carrots and cucumbers as you would for soup. For tomatoes, remove the stem attachment point and spoiled areas.
STEP 2
Turn the tomatoes into a homogeneous mass in any way convenient for you.
STEP 3
Pour the tomato juice obtained in the previous step into a large saucepan and place on the stove.
STEP 4
Add water and bring the liquid to a boil.
STEP 5
Add vegetable oil, salt and sugar.
STEP 6
Add carrots, bring to a boil and cook for half an hour.
STEP 7
Add the onion, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
STEP 8
Wash the cans of soda and sterilize them in the oven. Or do it in any way convenient for you.
STEP 9
Add cucumbers, vinegar to the pan and stir.
STEP 10
Add pearl barley. Stir.
STEP 11
Bring to a boil and cook for half an hour.
STEP 12
Without removing the pickle from the heat, place it in jars, seal and turn over until it cools completely.
STEP 13
Store in a dark place until you want delicious homemade soup.
