I love potatoes with eggs, but I’ve always made them in a frying pan. The only disadvantage of cooking in a frying pan is that you can’t remove the casserole beautifully. But when baking in the oven, the casserole came out perfectly! I prepared a small portion to try. Baked in a small glass dish. For taste and satiety, I added sausage, cut into slices. The potatoes were baked for 20 minutes, and then with the egg for 10 minutes. The casserole came out spicy, the aroma was incredible. In addition to garlic, the spices included paprika, black pepper and a pinch of curry.
