STEP 1

How to bake potatoes with eggs in the oven? Prepare all the necessary products. Wash the potatoes in running water using a brush. Peel the vegetable and rinse in water. Also peel the garlic cloves.
STEP 2

Cut the potatoes into oblong pieces. If desired, you can change the cutting method, for example, cut into thin circles.
STEP 3

Pour water into the pan and bring it to a boil. Pour the potatoes into the pan. There should be enough water to completely cover the potatoes. Add water if necessary. Place the pan over high heat and bring to a boil. Remove the foam, boil the potatoes for 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.
STEP 4

Drain the potatoes in a colander and let stand for a while. After 3 minutes, all the water will drain.
STEP 5

Place the potatoes on a plate. Add dry spices to it to your taste, black pepper and salt. Stir. It is advisable that the seasoning contains turmeric, then the potatoes will turn yellow.
STEP 6

Pour vegetable oil over the potatoes, add chopped garlic. The cloves can be grated on a fine grater, chopped with a knife or passed through a special garlic press.
STEP 7

Take a baking dish and spread the potatoes over it. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. STEP 8

Break raw eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt. Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk until smooth. Remove the pan from the oven and pour the egg mixture over the potatoes. Place the potatoes back into the oven and cook for about 10 minutes more or until tender.
STEP 9

Sprinkle the hot, delicious potato casserole with fresh herbs and serve. Meat pancakes, chops or meatballs are suitable for this dish. The potatoes turn out to be very aromatic due to the spices, and tender due to the eggs. Bon appetit!
