My favorite way to cook chicken is to bake it with vegetables in the oven, it's simple and very tasty! So for dinner I made potatoes and chicken on a baking sheet in the oven. I removed the skin from the chicken legs, greased them on all sides with vegetable oil (I used it instead of olive oil), rubbed them with salt, added Italian herbs and left the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes. Then I transferred the legs to a roasting pan, fried them there until golden brown, and then transferred them to a baking dish. I also placed potatoes, carrots and onions there; I pre-cooked the potatoes until half cooked. Cover the pan with foil so that the meat and vegetables are thoroughly baked. I left it in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 220°. Then I removed the foil and kept it in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
