Such recipes are very helpful when you need to prepare a side dish, but are tired of cereals and pasta) The recipe for potatoes in milk in the oven attracted me primarily because of the ease of preparation. I also like to bake “cooked” potatoes; they turn out more tender and have a more pleasant consistency. I took small potatoes. And I replaced the milk with 10% cream, which I diluted in half with water. I cut the garlic cloves into 2-3 parts and placed them between the tubers. Well, I added butter. I added smoked paprika and sprinkled it on top. It turned out very tasty, the children also liked these potatoes! It is so tender, creamy and at the same time smells sharply of garlic) In general, the smell when baking was very appetizing. We ate the potatoes hot. But there were a few pieces left, and as they cooled, the milk-cream mixture continued to be absorbed into the potatoes, so they became even juicier and richer) Thanks for the recipe!
