STEP 1
How to make potato casserole with minced meat and mushrooms in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel and rinse the potatoes in advance. Minced meat can be from any type of meat. Mine is made from pork. You can also take mushrooms to suit your taste. These can be champignons, oyster mushrooms or, like mine, boiled wild mushrooms. I store these boiled mushrooms in the freezer. If necessary, simply defrost them.
STEP 2
Peel the onion and chop finely. Fry the chopped onion and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes. During frying, juice will release from the mushrooms. Wait until it evaporates and the mushrooms begin to fry a little. Salt the mushrooms a little.
STEP 3
In another frying pan, fry the minced meat. The minced meat will change color and the juices will evaporate from it. Add a little salt and spices to the minced meat to taste.
STEP 4
Combine the fried mushrooms with minced meat.
STEP 5
Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and remove the stem. Cut 2 tomatoes into pieces. Chop the washed greens. Add tomatoes and herbs to the bowl with the minced meat and mushrooms. Add a little garlic, passed through a press. Mix everything.
STEP 6
Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. I will use ceramic. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil. Cut the potatoes into slices and distribute evenly over the bottom of the pan.
STEP 7
Place all the mushroom and meat filling on top. Grease the surface with sour cream.
STEP 8
Cut the remaining tomato into slices and place on the surface of the casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes. All ingredients are almost ready, and the potatoes at the very bottom will have time to bake during this time.
STEP 9
Remove the finished casserole from the oven and serve hot. Bon appetit!
