STEP 1

How to cook pork tongue in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary products. I made half a portion, so I used half as many ingredients. Wash your tongues thoroughly. To remove the specific smell, you can soak them in a pan of cold water for 10-12 hours.
STEP 2

Wash and peel the vegetables.
STEP 3

Place tongues, vegetables, bay leaves and spices in the multicooker bowl, pour in 2.5 liters of water.
STEP 4

Set the multicooker to “Soup” mode for 1.5 hours. If you get large tongues, increase the cooking time.
STEP 5

Remove the tongues from the broth.
STEP 6

Soak your tongues in cold water for a few minutes. Thanks to this, the skin can be easily removed from them. Cut the tongues into thin slices. Bon appetit!
