Pork shish kebab with lemon in the air fryer

Tender pieces of meat are ready to melt in your mouth! This culinary recipe is for everyone. Not everyone loves lemon. But the pork kebab with lemon turns out to be especially delicate. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can cook shish kebab in the usual way: on the grill or in the oven.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

This is the minimum set. This was my first time making shish kebab using this recipe, so I took the amount of ingredients for three servings.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

The meat (pork neck) was cut into pieces of about 80 grams and poured with the juice of one small lemon. Rub the meat thoroughly with your hands to distribute the juices evenly. Meat must be marinated in non-oxidizing containers - enamel, glass, ceramic.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Grate a quarter of fresh nutmeg on a regular fine grater

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peeled the onion and cut it into half rings.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Added onion and nuts to the meat and mixed thoroughly again. No need to add salt yet. Cover the container with meat with a lid. You can cover it with cling film. Do not leave meat in an open container. Place in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Then I cut the second lemon into slices.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

I chose onions, you can throw them away, they have already given their aroma and taste to the meat! Now the meat can be salted and kneaded again with your hands.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

I threaded pieces of meat onto pre-moistened wooden skewers, interspersing them with lemon. I will make shish kebab in a convection oven preheated to 190 degrees. This will take approximately 45-50 minutes. The skewers can be placed over the baking dish. During cooking, I turned the skewers 3-4 times for even baking.
