STEP 1

How to bake pork meat with mushrooms and cheese in pots in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Any mushrooms can be used. I will cook from forest ones. During the mushroom season, I collect fresh mushrooms in the forest. They must be cleaned, washed and boiled in boiling water for 20-25 minutes. Then drain the water, and the mushrooms can be used immediately for cooking or frozen and used as needed. Take the pork pulp, without bones. Cheese - any hard one.
STEP 2

Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chopped onion for a minute. It will become slightly transparent.
STEP 3

Add boiled mushrooms to the onion. If you use champignons or oyster mushrooms, you do not need to cook them. Wash, cut and you can immediately fry. Fry the mushrooms and onions for another 4-5 minutes.
STEP 4

While the mushrooms are frying, cut the meat into small pieces.

Remove the fried mushrooms from the heat and add chopped meat, sour cream, salt and spices.

Stir.

Grate the cheese. Mix it into the total mass.

Place the meat and mushrooms in prepared ceramic pots, not reaching the top a little, so that there is room for boiling.
STEP 9

Cover the pots with lids and place in a cold oven. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees and leave the pots in it for 1 hour. Why do we put it in a cold oven? Ceramic pots can crack due to sudden changes in temperature. And so they will gradually heat up along with the oven.
STEP 10

Determine the exact baking time based on your oven. Delicious meat with mushrooms is ready! Carefully remove the pots from the oven and serve straight into them.
