I like dishes cooked in pots for their aroma, texture and extraordinary taste. Therefore, when I saw a recipe for pork meat in pots in the oven with mushrooms and cheese, I started cooking. I kept the chopped onion in the pan for a little over a minute. After that, I added mushrooms to it (I had champignons) and fried everything together for 5 minutes. Then she removed the frying pan from the heat, placed chopped meat, grated cheese, Provençal herbs and salt on top of the mushrooms, mixed everything and placed it in a pot. Of all the ingredients, I did not add sour cream. Instead, I poured a little hot water into the pot, about 3-4 tablespoons, which during stewing turned into a rich broth. I stewed the meat with mushrooms for about an hour in the oven at 220° (I set the temperature due to the way my oven worked). The pork was stewed until soft, the mushrooms remained elastic and aromatic. Very tasty! Thank you very much!
