I cooked pollock in a frying pan with sour cream and carrots for dinner. The fish turned out incredibly tender, juicy and very tasty! I cleaned the pollock and cut it into pieces. I cut the onion into small cubes and lightly fried it in a frying pan. Added diced carrots to the onions and fried them together. Then I added the pollock to the vegetables and stirred. Added sour cream, a little water and simmered for about 15 minutes. Mm...it was a delicious dinner! Vegetables and fish go great with sour cream! Thanks to the author for the recipe.
