    How to make pizza dough with sour cream? Prepare the necessary ingredients. For these proportions, eggs will not be selected, but of medium size. I used sour cream with a fat content of 20%. In a deep bowl in which you will knead the dough, place the sour cream and pour soda into it. Stir. The mass will foam a little, which indicates that the process of extinguishing the soda is underway.

    Beat eggs into a separate bowl, add salt and pour in vegetable oil. Beat everything with a fork or whisk until smooth.

    Pour the egg mixture into the sour cream and stir.

    Sift the flour first, thanks to which it will be saturated with oxygen, and the finished dough will turn out more tender and fluffy. Pour more than half of the flour into the bowl and mix thoroughly with a spoon.

    The result is a sticky mass that is already gathering into a lump.

    Mix the dough again with your hands. At this stage, my dough was still a little sticky, but I also felt that quite a bit of flour was still needed.

    Transfer the dough to the table, add the remaining flour and gradually knead it into the dough. What consistency should the dough be? The dough should be soft and should come off your hands well. I used exactly the amount of flour indicated in the recipe. Knead the dough to the desired condition, gather it into a ball and let it lie under a napkin for about 15 minutes. Then you can bake pizza from it.
