    Cut the fish, pre-cleaned from scales, fins and entrails, into portions.

    Salt and roll in flour.

    Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and fry the fish for 2 minutes on each side.

    Place in a roasting pan and begin preparing the marinade.

    Fry the chopped vegetables until half cooked, add tomato paste and continue cooking for a couple more minutes. Add water, spices, vinegar and continue to simmer the marinade for another 3 minutes.

    Place the finished marinade on the fish, cover with a lid and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
