STEP 1
How to bake pink salmon in the oven, juicy and soft, in foil whole? It's very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Start cooking with the marinade.

In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, lemon juice, garlic cloves passed through a press, ground black pepper and salt. You can add other spices to your taste.

You can use fresh or frozen pink salmon. If you use frozen fish, before cooking it must be properly defrosted on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. It is more convenient to gut the fish in a semi-frozen state. You can replace or add the vegetable part to your taste.
STEP 4
Gut the fish, remove the head, remove scales and rinse well. Using a sharp knife, make transverse cuts on the fish on both sides, up to the depth of the spine.
STEP 5
Cut the tomatoes into slices; if the tomatoes are small, cut them in half.

Peel the sweet pepper from seeds and cut into rings.

Peel the onion and cut into rings.
