    STEP 1

How to bake pink salmon in the oven, juicy and soft, in foil whole? It's very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Start cooking with the marinade.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, lemon juice, garlic cloves passed through a press, ground black pepper and salt. You can add other spices to your taste.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

You can use fresh or frozen pink salmon. If you use frozen fish, before cooking it must be properly defrosted on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. It is more convenient to gut the fish in a semi-frozen state. You can replace or add the vegetable part to your taste.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Gut the fish, remove the head, remove scales and rinse well. Using a sharp knife, make transverse cuts on the fish on both sides, up to the depth of the spine.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Cut the tomatoes into slices; if the tomatoes are small, cut them in half.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Peel the sweet pepper from seeds and cut into rings.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Peel the onion and cut into rings.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the fish on a double sheet of foil. Coat pink salmon with marinade inside and outside.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Place onions, tomatoes and bell peppers around the fish.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Wrap the fish in foil, bringing the edges up so that the fish juice does not leak out. Place the resulting envelope on a baking sheet. Place the fish in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 30 minutes.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Then unfold the foil and bake the pink salmon under the grill for another 10 minutes at 180°C.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Sprinkle the finished pink salmon with vegetables in foil with chopped herbs, garnish with lemon slices and serve. Bon appetit!

I was looking for a recipe for cooking whole fish in the oven, something simple and quick. I liked the recipe for juicy pink salmon in foil in the oven. But I couldn’t buy pink salmon, so I took pike perch. Instead of basil, I used fresh sprigs of parsley as recommended by the author. I cooked the fish exactly as in the photo. But for the beauty of the dish, I left the head. Cleaned and washed the fish. Rubbed inside and out with salt, pepper and fish seasoning. I used seasoning made from steam sterilized vegetables. I also sprinkled lemon juice on the pike perch. I inserted lemon slices into the cuts. And I put parsley and lemon slices inside the fish. I baked pike perch in foil in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Then I opened the foil and cooked for another 10 minutes until golden brown. The aroma of baked fish is stunning! It turned out incredibly tasty. Fish with lemon and spices tastes great. Very tender and tasty white fish meat. Pike perch has practically no bones, which is very fortunate) It turned out to be a wonderful fish. In foil, the pike perch was stewed well in its own juice and came out juicy. Well, very tasty! Thank you))))

It turned out to be a very juicy and soft whole baked pink salmon, the likes of which I have never eaten before. Usually I don’t really like this fish because it’s a little dry or something. I could bake it in foil in the oven, or I could fry it covered in a frying pan. And here you’ll eat your fingers, it’s so delicious!
