STEP 1
How to bake pink salmon with lemon in the oven in foil? To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance. Wash the lemon and onion. Clean and gut the fish if necessary. If the fish is not decapitated, remove the head, as well as the gills. They can impart an unpleasant bitter taste to cooked fish.
STEP 2
Dry the fish thoroughly and trim off the fins. If you wish, you can trim the tail, I don’t do this. Make cuts on both sides of the fish carcass every 1-2 cm. Salt and pepper the fish on all sides, as well as inside. Pay special attention to the cut areas.

Place lemon slices into the slits. Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top. Wrap the pink salmon in foil so that it fits snugly around the fish. Bake pink salmon in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
