I prepared pilaf with mushrooms and chicken in a slow cooker. I liked this option. I used frozen mushrooms; the spices I used were pilaf seasoning. It turned out very tasty! Adding mushrooms makes the taste of the dish richer and more interesting. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

A very tasty, healthy and satisfying dish, there are already such established standards for its preparation in a certain frying pan with a certain lid that the appearance of a multicooker seemed to interfere with the process of performing a ritual cooking ceremony. This, of course, is a joke, but there is some truth in it; for example, I have not yet decided to use a slow cooker.

I have Polaris, there are models in which instead of the “Rice” button, the “Pilaf” button is the same thing.

I also have Polaris, the pilaf turns out differently every time. I generally cook it on a multi-cooker.
