Pilaf with mushrooms and chicken in a slow cooker

Prepare the ingredients, wash/clean

Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a multicooker in the “Baking” mode

The onions should become golden caramel in color.

While the onions are fried, finely chop or grate the carrots

Add mushrooms to the onion and simmer in the same “Baking” mode until the juice from the mushrooms evaporates.

Then add carrots

The chicken should be cut into medium-large pieces.

Add the meat to the vegetables, add salt and mix. Fry everything together for 10 minutes. all in the same “Baking” mode.

Pour well-washed rice on top, level, do not mix

The water should only cover the rice, no more. Set the "Rice" mode for 30 minutes. Close the lid.

5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, stir the pilaf. After the time is up, you can leave the heating function, then the rice will become even softer, but not more than 40 minutes, otherwise it will become too soft.
