Pies without milk in the oven

STEP 1

Prepare all products.
STEP 2

Heat the whey slightly on the stove and add yeast to it. Grind with a spoon, and when the yeast has dissolved, add sugar.
STEP 3

Add flour and knead the dough, leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
STEP 4

Then add sugar and salt to the dough and stir well.
STEP 5

Pour sunflower oil and break a raw egg.
STEP 6

Add flour little by little and knead into a thick dough.
STEP 7

Cover the top with a plate and leave to rise for 1 hour.
STEP 8

Knead the dough well and roll out into a layer 7 mm thick. Cut out circles with a glass.
STEP 9

Stretch the circle of dough a little on the sides and put plum jam or other filling in the center. Pinch the edges and place the pies seam side down.
STEP 10

Place the oiled paper on a baking sheet and arrange the pies. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the surface of the products with oil or egg yolk.
STEP 11

The pies are baked for approximately 30 minutes. They need to be put on a plate, cooled a little and you can drink tea. Bon appetit!
