STEP 1

STEP 2
To prepare the dough, take a deep bowl and a fine sieve, then sift four hundred and fifty grams of premium wheat flour into the bowl, then pour two teaspoons of dry fast-acting yeast into it, one teaspoon of baking powder and mix all the dry ingredients.

Take a large bowl and pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of milk at room temperature into it, then break one chicken egg into the bowl and leave part of the egg yolk for further greasing the pies.
STEP 4
Pour one tablespoon of sugar, one half teaspoon of salt into a bowl of milk and mix all the ingredients together.

Pour wheat flour into a bowl with a liquid base, then mix all the ingredients well and add thirty grams of softened butter while kneading the dough.

Continue to thoroughly knead the dough in the bowl with your hands until smooth, for ten minutes.

Take a frying pan and place it on the stove, then pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and lay out two small onions, finely chopped, which then mix and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Take a small bowl and place about two hundred and forty grams of canned saury into it, which then knead well.

To prepare the filling, take a deep bowl and place two hundred and fifty grams of pre-boiled rice into it, then place the fried onions in the bowl and mix well.

Place mashed pieces of canned saury into the bowl with the prepared filling, then mix all the ingredients well and the filling for the pies is ready.

As time passes, grease your hands and the working surface of the table with a small amount of vegetable oil, then lay out the proofed dough and knead it a little, then take the required amount of dough from the total amount and roll it into tight koloboks, according to our recipe you get fourteen of them, which you then place on table and cover the top with a kitchen towel.
