Instead of milk, you can take warm water.

    Mix the egg with sugar and salt. It is advisable to remove the egg from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes warm. If you did not have time to do this, then lower it into warm water. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush.

Cool them and chop them finely. Mix eggs with cabbage, salt to taste.
