STEP 1

How to make a simple tangerine pie in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. My eggs are size C1.
STEP 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs with sugar and turn on the mixer, first slowly, and then at full power. Beat until fluffy white foam.
STEP 3

During this time that the eggs are being beaten, you can peel the tangerines. Check the slices against the light for the presence of seeds.
STEP 4

Sift the flour and soda into the beaten eggs and gently whisk it into the dough. Keep in mind that you may need more or less flour, look at the consistency of the dough.
STEP 5

While stirring, pour in the melted butter. It can also be replaced with a vegetable one. The presence of fat in the dough makes the texture of the finished product looser and prevents it from drying out quickly.
STEP 6

Pour the finished dough into a baking dish greased with butter. My form is 20 cm.
STEP 7

Place peeled tangerine slices on top. Place the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
STEP 8

The dough, based on well-beaten eggs, rises well when baking. The finished jellied pie from fresh tangerines will turn golden. Remove it from the oven, cool slightly and enjoy. Bon appetit!
