Pie Sunshine with chicken and mushrooms

Somewhere along the Internet I came across a recipe. Very tasty, and if you get your hands full, it’s a beautiful pie. Don't laugh at the photo, I'm still a student))

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Boil chicken (breasts, thigh fillets) in salted water until cooked. You can add bay leaves or allspice peas to the water for flavor. Cool and cut into pieces. Chop the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil. Grind the melted cheese in a bowl, add tomato paste and mix thoroughly until smooth. Add chicken, mushrooms and finely chopped green onions to the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

This is where the fun begins! Roll out the puff pastry and cut into triangles. On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, we lay them out in a circle, overlapping them, it turns out like a sun) or something similar)) Grate the cheese and place it in a layer in a circle on the dough.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Spread the chicken and mushroom mixture on top.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

We wrap the dough triangles towards the center and secure them at the base. I baked it twice and not a single ray opened during the process and the cheese did not leak out.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Brush the pie with beaten egg.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about half an hour. Let's take a look at our oven.

The pie is wonderful! Universal, because You can experiment with the filling according to your wishes and possibilities! Good girl! Even though she’s a “student”! But let me give you some advice: before photographing, place the finished dish on a plain plate. For a long time I couldn’t figure out what was in the center of the pie?? And it turns out that this drawing is visible through the napkin! right? Did you make a mistake? If there is no plate of the required size, then there is a way out. 1. I measure the size of wax paper with the shape in which I bake. 2.I cut it evenly so that it is pleasing to the eye and does not cause the effect of toilet paper (sorry). 3.I photograph the finished pie in the mold (since there is no large dish), and4. I photograph a small piece (cut off CAREFULLY) on a small plate. Everything will work out! Great recipe! Don't be offended, please!

Elenka, what a delicious pie! Original design, but the filling doesn’t fall out between the “rays”? Thanks for the recipe!
