Pickled potatoes

STEP 1

How to make pickled potatoes? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is advisable to choose potatoes that are young and of the same size.
STEP 2

Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water with a brush. Peel off the skin.
STEP 3

Take a fork and poke holes in each tuber on several sides.
STEP 4

Take garlic. Peel the garlic cloves, chop them through a press or finely chop them with a knife. You can reduce or increase the amount of garlic a little if you wish, but I don’t recommend removing it completely.
STEP 5

Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, add chopped garlic, mayonnaise, ground black pepper, oregano and salt. Mix everything well. If you wish, you can replace or add your favorite spices. STEP 6

Spread the sauce evenly over the potatoes and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
STEP 7

After a while, transfer the potatoes into a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 200C, bake until the potatoes are ready. My potatoes were young and cooked for 25 minutes, the time will depend on the variety and size of the tubers.
