Peel the white cabbage from the top dry and dirty leaves. For this preparation, you need to take a cabbage fork that is dense and tight. Cut the head of cabbage, cut out the stalk, cut the cabbage forks into several large pieces, but they should be of such a size that they can easily fit into a three-liter jar or other container where the cabbage will be pickled.

Place the cabbage under pressure and leave at room temperature for two days.
