I made cabbage using this recipe. Everything is so simple that it’s strange why it’s so delicious) It took me half an hour to prepare. I cut the cabbage into large pieces and slices. I decided to grate the carrots and beets coarsely. It seems to me that the vegetables will give off more color this way. I put all the vegetables in a 3-liter jar, alternating. I combined all the ingredients for the marinade and boiled. I poured hot marinade over the cabbage, closed it with a nylon lid and left it in the kitchen. A day later I tried pickled red cabbage and it was already ready. I put the jar in the refrigerator. Pickled cabbage in large pieces with beets is incredibly tasty. The cabbage came out a very beautiful color. It is crispy, aromatic, even sweet. This is just a ready-made salad with butter, just take it and eat it. Very tasty! Great recipe! Thanks to the author!
