STEP 2

Peel the white cabbage from the top dry and dirty leaves. For this preparation, you need to take a cabbage fork that is dense and tight. Cut the head of cabbage, cut out the stalk, cut the cabbage forks into several large pieces, but they should be of such a size that they can easily fit into a three-liter jar or other container where the cabbage will be pickled.

Wash beets and carrots under running water with a brush and peel. Cut the beets into pieces of arbitrary shape and size; you can simply cut them into slices with a knife.

Pour the boiling marinade over the cabbage in the jar until it completely covers the contents. If you have dill seeds, you can throw a handful of seeds into a jar, the cabbage will acquire a special pleasant aroma and taste. Those who like spicy snacks can add a piece of hot pepper. Place the cabbage under pressure and leave at room temperature for two days.

Then put the pickled cabbage in large pieces in a jar in the refrigerator, let it cool well. Then serve. Bon appetit!
