Penne with chicken and vegetables

Cut the onion into small cubes.

Heat 2 tbsp in a frying pan. olive oil, put onion, garlic, carrots and chili in a frying pan, fry over low heat for 4-5 minutes.

Add the broth and simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked through, about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil penne or other pasta in plenty of salted water until tender.

Place the pasta in the frying pan. Add chopped basil and heat the mixture for 1-2 minutes.
