Pasta nests with minced meat
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Grind the meat through a meat grinder with onions, add an egg, 100g of grated cheese, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
STEP 2
For the sauce, cut the onion into cubes and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the onions and carrots until tender, add salt, add 1 tsp. sugar, sour cream, tomato paste and dilute everything with a liter of broth left over from cooking the pasta. Bring everything to a boil.
STEP 3
Boil the nests in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Very CAREFULLY remove them from the pan with a large slotted spoon. (Do not pour out the broth!) Place the nests in a baking dish.
STEP 4
Use your fingers to make indentations in the middle of each nest and press the minced meat into it.
STEP 5
Pour the sauce on top of the nests. And sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
STEP 6
Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees. for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
