Pancakes with red fish

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make pancakes with red fish? Prepare the following ingredients. The main thing is not to make them too sweet. You can take any red fish: pink salmon, salmon, chum salmon. I have pink salmon. You can make pancakes your favorite way, just don’t make them too sweet.
STEP 2

Break the egg into a bowl, add salt, sugar, mix. Pour in the milk, add the sifted flour and stir. You may need less or more flour. Dilute the dough with warm or hot water to the desired consistency. If desired, you can add vegetable oil to the dough. Heat the frying pan well, grease with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked. Grease the finished pancakes with butter so that they do not stick together.
STEP 3

Remove the cheese from the packaging and grate it on a coarse grater. For this recipe, you can choose the cheese of your choice. Simply grate soft cheese; cream or curd cheese can be mixed with chopped fresh herbs, such as dill. You should not add salt to this filling, the fish will be salty and there is a chance of over-salting everything. You can learn how to correctly replace different types of cheese from the article, the link to which is at the end of this recipe.
STEP 4

On each pancake, place grated cheese (it’s better if the pancakes are still warm, then the cheese will melt slightly), pieces of red fish (the amount of red fish is solely to taste) and carefully roll up. You can serve it straight away, or you can cut each roll into small pieces.
STEP 5

Pancakes with red fish and cheese are ready and can be served. Decorate the pancakes with dill; you can also offer some sauce for them. These pancakes will be a decoration for your holiday table or a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack. Bon appetit!
