Pancakes on fermented baked milk with boiling water

STEP 1

How to fry thin pancakes in fermented baked milk with boiling water? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Bring the water to a boil.

In a bowl, combine eggs with sugar, salt and soda.

Pour in the fermented baked milk and mix everything so that the sugar begins to dissolve and the soda reacts with the fermented baked milk.

Then pour in vegetable oil and add flour. Mix everything until smooth so that there are no lumps of flour left. You can use a mixer for this.
STEP 5

Pour boiling water and mix it into the dough. When you add boiling water, the flour will begin to brew, making the dough more pliable. These pancakes do not tear when cooked.
STEP 6

Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes. Before baking, adjust the thickness of the dough to the desired consistency using flour or water. For thin pancakes, the dough should be quite liquid.

Stack the finished pancakes on top of each other and cover with a lid to prevent them from drying out. Under the lid, the pancakes will steam and remain soft and tender. Add sour cream, condensed milk or jam to the finished pancakes. Bon appetit!
