The Japanese have such interesting cuisine... should I try this oyakodon of yours for the sake of variety? I would never think of adding eggs to fried rice, does it add something to the dish or not? And no spices are needed here, like pepper there?

I really liked it too! True, I did it “student style” not with fillet, but with chicken sausage.
