We begin preparing the dough for dumplings and break two chicken eggs into a convenient container, add three-quarters of a teaspoon of salt.

Add three tablespoons of vegetable oil to the container with eggs and mix.

Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of warm boiled water into a container and mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.

Sift five hundred and fifty grams of flour into a common container in parts and mix well.
STEP 6

We form the dough with our hands, the finished base should stick together, collect it into one lump.

Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands for seven minutes on a floured table until it stops sticking to your hands, adding a little flour if necessary.

Place the dough in a plastic bag for thirty minutes.

We prepare the filling for dumplings and pour one teaspoon of vanilla sugar into a deep plate with half a kilogram of homemade cottage cheese.

Add two to three tablespoons of sugar to the plate with cottage cheese.

Break one chicken egg into a plate with cottage cheese and mix all the ingredients well with a fork.

After half an hour, take the dough out of the bag and knead it.

Place the elastic dough on a floured table and cut into three approximately equal parts.

Roll out each piece of cut dough with a rolling pin to a thin cake.
