    Prepare all ingredients. Combine sugar, water and cloves in a small saucepan, place on heat and bring to a boil.

    Cook the sugar-clove liqueur for 15 minutes after boiling, remove from heat and let cool slightly. Place the oranges in a colander, scald with boiling water and wipe dry.

    Using a knife or vegetable peeler, remove the zest from the oranges. Place the zest in the sugar-clove syrup. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice into the syrup. Mix everything well and pour in vodka. Leave the liqueur to infuse for 1 day, stirring every 2-3 hours if possible.

    After a day, strain the liqueur through a sieve and pour into a decanter for serving. From the specified amount of ingredients, 700 ml of aromatic liqueur is obtained.
