STEP 1
Prepare food.
STEP 2
Prepare the batter: - Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add /a little salt/, and beat with a whisk.

Add room temperature milk and stir.
STEP 4
Add corn flour in parts. Mix with a whisk until a homogeneous, smooth dough forms.
STEP 5
Add spicy herbs (you can use those that you prefer), ground pepper, salt. Stir and taste, adjust if necessary. Let sit for all the flavors to separate and combine.
STEP 6
Peel the onion, rinse and dry. Cut into thin rings / but not thick either, otherwise the inside will remain raw and bitter /. Disassemble the rings into individual rings.
STEP 7
Breaded in wheat flour.
STEP 8
Dip in corn batter.
STEP 9
Deep fry until golden brown on both sides.
STEP 10
