Hailey Johnson

Since childhood, I remember how my grandmother cooked at our round table, filling the house with the aromas of love and care. It was there that I fell in love with cooking. Every recipe is a story, every dish is a way to unite a family and share joy. I am inspired by cuisines from around the world: spicy curries from India, fresh pastas from Italy and sweets from Japan. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, regardless of experience. With simple and accessible recipes, I strive to return to people the warmth of the family hearth that I myself experienced.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Universidad de San Francisco de Quito.
