I fried ham in crispy batter for my husband for work. This batter is prepared very quickly, I kneaded it in literally 4 minutes. I made it for one serving. There was enough batter for three medium pieces of ham. It took me a little more flour. Instead of one tablespoon, two and a half. Additionally, I added nutmeg and paprika. Thank you very much to the author for the tip that the batter should be made in advance. This way it really envelops the product better and does not slip off when turning over. Also, on the author’s advice, I divided the egg into white and yolk and shook them separately, after which I mixed them. The battered ham turned out very tasty. The batter came out excellent: appetizing, dense and golden brown. Excellent recipe! Thanks a lot!
