  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make an omelette with flour and milk in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. This amount of food is enough to prepare an omelette for one person. For breakfast for a large family, the amount of ingredients should be increased proportionally. You will find a lot of useful and important information about chicken eggs in the corresponding article. There is a link to it at the end of this recipe.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Beat chicken eggs into a deep bowl. The eggs must be chilled so that a strong foam forms and the omelet turns out fluffy. If there is an opportunity to use natural village products, then you should definitely take advantage of it; the dish will turn out much tastier and healthier. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper. Using a hand whisk or mixer, beat the eggs and spices until smooth and foamy.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour room temperature milk into the bowl with the egg mixture. It is better to use milk with a high percentage of fat content, and there should be a little of it (1.5 tbsp per chicken egg is enough) so that a lot of liquid does not come out of the mixture, which adversely affects the taste and appearance of the omelet. Whisk the mixture again.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add the sifted wheat flour and gently whisk the mixture until the flour is completely dispersed in the liquid and there are no lumps left. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan with a thick bottom. Heat it well so that the omelette sets immediately and does not stick to the bottom of the pan. You can learn how to choose a suitable frying pan and vegetable oil for frying from the articles, links to which are at the end of this recipe.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour the omelette mixture into the pan. When the omelette sets, reduce the heat to low so that the omelette does not start to burn from the bottom, but cooks evenly inside. Keep the omelette on the fire for a couple of minutes, then cover the pan with a lid and cook the dish for another two to three minutes. Cooking times are approximate and will depend on the size of the eggs, the pan and the stove. Turn off the heat.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Remove the omelet from the pan and serve with fresh vegetables and herbs. An omelet can be prepared immediately with vegetables, but the main rule is not to add fresh vegetables right away, they need to be simmered a little first, otherwise when frying they will release juice and the omelet will lose its volume. Bon appetit!

I often prepared an omelette, but I used the quantity of ingredients “by eye”, and it did not always turn out to be the correct consistency (it happened that I had to scrape it off the pan with a spoon). So I made it according to this recipe. It turned out exactly what we needed!! The adjusted amount of ingredients (2 eggs, 3 tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp flour) and steaming under the lid without having to turn over made the recipe for an omelette with flour and milk in a frying pan my favorite! Instead of black pepper I added a pinch of sugar. Very tasty and tender omelette! Thanks for the recipe!

Eggs are considered one of the healthiest breakfast foods, so I cook an omelette with flour and milk in a frying pan))). I immediately broke the eggs into a cup, added salt, flour and milk and beat everything together using a mixer. Fry it in a greased frying pan under a lid until done (until there is no liquid egg mass left on the surface of the omelet). Served with fresh vegetables. It turned out to be a delicious, tender omelette. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

such a simple and delicious breakfast! Everything is done easily and simply, looks appetizing, much healthier than dry sandwiches - benefits from all sides - another good idea to start the day! Thanks for the tip, I'll definitely take note. But instead of ketchup, I try to use fresh tomatoes - cut them into slices and that’s it.

I cooked it in a cast aluminum pan with a non-stick coating, I didn’t even grease it with oil. Cooked for 6 minutes without stirring. Everything turned out great. The dosage is correct and easy to measure. Thanks for the recipe.

If you beat the eggs with a mixer or blender, the omelette will be more airy and cook faster. I tried.
