Oatmeal with raisins
During fasting or in the morning, healthy oatmeal will give you strength and energy for achievements! Ever since the days of distant and almost forgotten kindergarten, I wholeheartedly love oatmeal. It is noteworthy that I did not care who prepared it and how: my mother or the cook from the kindergarten, with water or milk, in its pure form or with the addition of berries and fruits. I consumed this food in absolutely any form. After two decades, nothing has changed; oatmeal remains a regular on my daily menu. And although my husband loves variety in food, I still secretly prepare a tiny portion of this delicacy especially for myself in the morning according to my mother’s favorite culinary recipe. And now I want to share with you the method of preparing oatmeal porridge with raisins, which I regularly make.

Thank you! Just this morning I decided to make oatmeal with raisins. But it’s better to replace honey with sugar. Why convert honey? When hot, honey becomes ordinary sugar and loses its beneficial qualities. Moreover, heated honey is poison; when heated above 60 degrees, honey releases a carcinogen.
