Required ingredients. Very important! Use the method of storing food that is indicated in the instructions for your bread machine! I have solids first, then liquid

Place dry yeast at the bottom of the bucket
STEP 3

Then oatmeal. If you don't have it, don't worry - grind the oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder
STEP 4

Add wheat flour
STEP 5

Add salt
STEP 6

Sugar
STEP 7

Add oatmeal, leaving a little for sprinkling the top (optional)
STEP 8

Now it’s the liquid’s turn - add vegetable oil
STEP 9

Then kefir (yogurt or natural yogurt)
STEP 10

Add warm water
STEP 11

That's all! We set the "Bread" program, the size - "Medium" (mine is designed for 680 g) and the color of the crust. Let's calmly go about our business - the bread maker will do all the work for us!

After 5-10 minutes, we will still check the consistency of the dough - it should be in the form of a smooth, even kolobok, if the dough is runny and spreads across the bottom, add a little flour, and if, on the contrary, there is flour at the bottom and the dough is too tight, then add water. But if you follow the proportions indicated in the recipe, you will most likely get the same correct bun as mine.
STEP 13

Approximately 1.5 hours before the end of the program, lubricate the top with water
STEP 14

And sprinkle with cereal (this step, of course, is optional)
STEP 15

At the end of the program, our fragrant, golden brown bread is ready, and although oatmeal itself is usually quite heavy, the bread has increased in size by about 3 times, just like regular bread. But thanks to the addition of oatmeal, it is now healthier!

Now you just need to be patient and wait until the bread cools down, because eating baked goods while hot is not recommended
STEP 17

Cut the cooled bread and taste it
