Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Wash the cucumbers and cut into thin slices.
STEP 2

Peel the onion and cut into rings.
STEP 3

Finely chop the dill.
STEP 4

Boil the oil, cool.
STEP 5

Prepare the filling: dissolve salt, sugar, vinegar in water, add oil.
STEP 6

Mix the cucumbers with onions and dill in a bowl, add the filling, mix everything and let it brew for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
STEP 7

Place a bay leaf and 2 peppercorns on the bottom of sterilized jars. Fill the top tightly with vegetables and filling.
STEP 8

Place the jars in a saucepan with water, cover with lids, sterilize half-liter jars for 10 minutes, liter jars for 15 minutes.
STEP 9

Roll up the lids while the jars are hot, turn them over, cover with a blanket until they cool down. You can then store them at room temperature. Delicious salad, easy to prepare, try it!
