STEP 1
How to make noodles with pork and vegetables? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Any noodle that is not too thin, such as spaghetti, will do. I have linguine. You can take pork tenderloin or ham. I have bell peppers in two colors: red and green. Sesame oil can be replaced with any vegetable oil.
STEP 2
Wash the meat and dry it well. Cut the meat into medium cubes.
STEP 3
Pour soy sauce over the meat pieces and stir. Leave the meat for 30 minutes to soak in the sauce.
STEP 4
Cut the pre-washed and peeled carrots into strips.
STEP 5
Wash the bell pepper and dry it. Remove the stem and seeds. Cut the pepper into cubes.
STEP 6
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the pieces of meat over moderately high heat until golden brown on one side.
STEP 7
Mix the pieces of meat and fry the other side the same way. The resulting crust will retain the meat juice inside the pieces and the meat will turn out juicy and tender.
STEP 8
Remove the meat from the pan. Place carrots in the pan, add vegetable oil if necessary. Fry the carrots over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until half cooked.
STEP 9
Add the prepared bell pepper to the pan. Continue frying the vegetables, remembering to stir. Monitor the degree of readiness of the pepper so that it becomes soft but retains its shape.
STEP 10
Place pieces of meat in the pan with the vegetables and stir.
STEP 11
At the same time, cook the noodles. In a suitable sized saucepan, bring 2 liters of water to a boil. Salt the water, lower the noodles, stir. Cook noodles over moderate heat until al dente or according to package directions.
STEP 12
Place the finished noodles in a colander to drain. Then pour sesame oil over the noodles and stir.
STEP 13
Place the noodles in a frying pan, mix with meat and vegetables. Warm over low heat for 1-2 minutes and serve.
