Non-alcoholic Harry Potter Butterbeer
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make Harry Potter butterbeer non-alcoholic? Prepare all the necessary products. I prepared one serving of the drink, that is, I took a quarter of the ingredients, but I cooked a full serving of caramel syrup.
STEP 2

How to make caramel syrup for non-alcoholic butter beer? To do this, take a ladle or saucepan, pour water into it and pour in sugar.
STEP 3

Place on the fire, bring to a boil and, stirring, wait until the sugar is completely dissolved.
STEP 4

When the sugar has completely dissolved, pour the cream into the syrup in a thin stream.
STEP 5

Add spices and salt to the ladle and stir.
STEP 6

Cook, stirring occasionally, until syrup is reduced, about three to five minutes. Leave the syrup to cool at room temperature.
STEP 7

Pour milk into a blender bowl, add ice cream and pour in cooled caramel syrup.
STEP 8

Beat everything with a blender until a good foamy head forms. Our homemade butterbeer is ready! Pour into mugs. You can sprinkle cinnamon on top. Enjoy this wonderful drink!
