Magic drink! Based on cream and ice cream, I prepare a simpler drink, but also very tasty - a milkshake with ice cream and banana. Both adults and children can drink.

Today the children and I had a magical evening. We set up a Three Broomsticks pub in our kitchen to try non-alcoholic Harry Potter butterbeer. The guys placed an order for two servings of butterbeer, and the mother-cook began to conjure. First I conjured caramel syrup. I boiled it for three minutes. It seems this time was too much for two servings of syrup, and it turned into sugar fudge (although this may have been Voldemort's machinations). If I had a time turner, I would certainly cook the syrup for about a minute and a half. Next, I took 200 grams of ice cream (another 100 grams, apparently, was stolen by Dobby), 500 ml of milk with a fat content of 3.6% and magic fudge syrup and sent it all into the food processor. I whipped the future butterbeer for about half a minute until an airy foam formed. By the way, the fudge dissolved and gave the drink a taste of spices. Butterbeer was served with a sprinkle of cinnamon. The young wizards were very pleased and said that they would now be regular customers of the Three Broomsticks pub. They also treated the witch mother. It was a great drink! I especially liked the airy foam, delicious and creamy. The children were satisfied with this butter beer, and this is the most important thing. Thank you so much for the recipe and for a great opportunity to have fun!
