Beer at home
The easiest way to brew beer at home does not require deep knowledge, special ingredients or special utensils. A simple saucepan (not aluminum) of three pieces is enough. The following list may vary depending on the recipe and the chosen cooking method. It may include: a sieve for filtering, nylon fabric for the same, a water seal, fermentation dishes (a plastic bottle will do), and a one and a half meter silicone hose. And also for accuracy of compliance with the recipe - a kitchen scale and a thermometer. This list is incomplete; it does not include things like a warm blanket or a syringe.
It is worth keeping in mind that brewing is not a light culinary practice. This is a very complex, multi-stage process. And if you are about to start it, be prepared for difficulties (especially for the first time) and take care in advance of purchasing the necessary items, including ingredients in the form of hops, malt, yeast and glucose instead of sugar (so that your beer does not turn out to be mash at the end). Also know that the smell during cooking and during fermentation will also be specific (be prepared to fight off nosy neighbors)).
In countries where brewing is closely woven into history, it was trusted exclusively to men. This does not mean, however, that you cannot cope without men’s hands or a man’s approach. Just try to follow the instructions in the recipe in everything, don’t try to do it yourself. At least for the first time, until you gain experience.
Also keep in mind that when you conjure over the stove, you will not get the same beer that is sold in bottles or on tap in stores. Their taste, color and transparency will also be “homemade”.
