Heat the frying pan on the stove and grease it with vegetable oil - only for the first time. Pour a portion of the dough into the hot frying pan and roll, forming a round pancake. The first pancake can turn out dense due to the oil present in the frying pan, subsequent pancakes will turn out thinner and thinner, the main thing is to pour the dough into a hot frying pan in a very thin layer. Bake for half a minute until edges dry out.
STEP 6
Use a spatula to lift the dried edges and turn them over, bake for another half a minute and remove to a plate. Bake the remaining dough in portions in this manner.
STEP 7
Ready-made sheets can be greased with butter or lard. Serve hot with various sweet sauces, toppings, and fruits.
