Bake for half a minute until edges dry out.

In the region where I live, nalistniki are tiny pancakes filled with sweet cottage cheese. First, large pancakes are baked, each cut into about 6 pieces (just like cutting a round cake). Then each pancake triangle is rolled with cottage cheese. Fill a cauldron with such pancakes, placing them with pieces of butter, and then simmer them in this butter. It turns out to be such a delight! Mmm... But it turned out that there are different types of nalisniki! Using this recipe, I made wonderful pancakes, which I served with fruit and powdered sugar. Delicious and aromatic pancakes!
