I decided to cook mushrooms stewed in sour cream in a frying pan for pasta. For this I took frozen champignons and sour cream with a fat content of 15%. I fried diced onion and added mushrooms to it. After 20 minutes, when the mushrooms were ready and almost all of the liquid had evaporated, I added sour cream. I kept it on the fire for just a minute and removed it from the stove. The mushrooms went well with the pasta. I liked the fact that this is literally an express recipe and it is very simple, even a beginner can do it. But it turned out very tasty! The recipe is excellent, I recommend it!
